Ingredients

10 oz. Shrimp (ground)
10 oz. Crab Meat
3 oz. Water Chestnuts (small diced)
2 tsp. Scallions (chopped)
1 oz. Roasted Garlic
1 oz. Soy Sauce
1 tsp. White Pepper
1 Egg
2 tsp. Cilantro (chopped)
